The mission of the Cluster
The mission of the Cimișlia-Basarabeasca OviCaprin Cluster is to strengthen its leadership position in the sheep and goat milk industry, significantly contributing to the economic development of the micro-region, providing high-quality dairy products to the Moldovan market, and subsequently expanding into the EU market.
Services
Cooperation and Mediation
We facilitate the development of the value chain and cooperation between producers, processors, and marketers, strengthening relationships among cluster members and promoting the exchange of ideas and best practices.
Projects
We offer project writing and management services, helping cluster members secure funding and implement successful initiatives.
Consultation
Legal and Financial: We support members in acquiring new clients, accessing markets, and expanding their portfolios through legal consulting and financial management.
Research and Innovation (R&D)
We enhance member competitiveness by participating in Research, Development, and Innovation projects, and distributing information about funding opportunities.
Start-up Support
We support the generation of new ideas and start-ups through training activities, entrepreneurial coaching, and access to financial resources.
Communication
We strengthen intra-cluster relationships through internal matchmaking, organizing themed events and workshops for members, and disseminating information via online platforms.
Visibility
We enhance the cluster's visibility on the international stage by participating in trade fairs, networking visits, and matchmaking events.
