Vasile Sidor has extensive experience in project management, both from the perspective of non-governmental organizations and local public administration. Since 2019, he has founded and led the NGO ‘Development through Involvement,’ which has implemented projects in economic development, local governance, and youth, amounting to over 7.7 million lei. Previously, he was the head of the economic department and investment attraction at the Cimișlia District Council, with solid experience in local economic development. In 2023, he initiated and was appointed as the Executive Director of the Cimișlia-Basarabeasca OviCaprin Cluster, where, together with the team at ‘Development through Involvement,’ he is responsible for all operational aspects of the organization and contributes to defining strategy and objectives with the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.
